Narratives


 I read about the actions of ICE, particularly their use of force. One side says it was justified, self-defense. The other side tells a different story, murder. It feels like ICE is reacting instead of taking action. An event happens where there is a loss of life, and there is a scramble to tell the story from the perspective of the officer. Even with what looks like evidence to the contrary, ICE sticks to their story. I am beginning to feel like ICE is operating on the "Shoot first, make up the story later"...
